How does ExSeed measure semen quality?

The article describes how the ExSeed Sperm Test Kit works.

The ExSeed Home Sperm Test measures the Total Motile Sperm Count.

This is the total amount of sperm cells moving forward per ejaculate. This number is one of the best predictors of male fertility because it measures the number of sperm cells that could possibly reach the egg after intercourse.

The number is made up of three measurements: volume, concentration, and motility.

The semen volume is measured with the ExSeed Collection Cup, which is used as a measuring cup. The concentration and motility are measured with the ExSeed Analysis Device, which is used to capture a video of your semen sample. The recording is analyzed with our proprietary sperm analysis algorithm that tracks how many sperm cells are present per ml of semen (Concentration) and how large a fraction of them that are moving forward (Motility).
