If you have produced a semen sample, but are not able to process it through the ExSeed App, there is a possibility to manually record a video of the sample and then upload it to our secure servers to get your results.
The above video explains how to capture and upload a video to our secure server in case you experience app problems. Here is what you will need to do:
Close the ExSeed App if it is open.
Open your normal camera app.
Turn it to video.
Take your phone and place it on top of the device using the light as a guide.
You may already see something the screen depending on your phone and semen sample.
You can zoom in to see the sperm cells and potentially other cells.
When you are ready, zoom out and find a good focus. You will see the cells as very small dots.
You will often find the best focus by toughing the area on your screen on the inner line of the light cone.
When you are ready, click record.
Make sure the phone did not move after pressing record.
Record a 5 second video.
When you have the video, close the camera app and go to:
Log in with your ExSeed account
Click "Upload video".
Enter the volume
Click "Choose file"
Find the video
Click "Upload file"
When the file is uploaded, you will receive an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Verification will be done by the Medical Team during normal business hours (9-17 CET, Mon-Fri). You will receive a message directly in the ExSeed app when the test has been verified
