We provide our users with the information that our test can quantitatively assess sperm down to 5 million sperm / ml. At lower concentrations we will also be able to see sperm cells, and we would expect to see about 40 sperm cells at a concentration of 1 million sperm/ml and about 4 sperm cells at 0.1 million sperm/ml. However, due to the nature of the test, specific situations can cause the algorithm to not detect the few sperm cells in the sample which is why our accuracy is only stated above 5 million sperm/ml, as this is where we are able to see a representative amount of sperm cells to accurately assess the quality.
