These are debris, which comes from the semen sample itself. It is completely normal to have present in the ejaculate. This is because seminal fluid is not just a clear liquid with sperm cells within it, but can contain dead cell material from sperm cells as well as other cell types, such as epithelial cells which are cells that often originate from the prostate or urethra and are transferred to the sample.
