I've made improvements to my lifestyle but my score and motility remain low, what can I do?

Written by Thomas

It takes approximately 72-90 days to produce and mature sperm cells therefore it takes around 2-3 months before potential improvements are seen with consistent lifestyle changes. We would encourage you to continue your healthy habits.

Also, we always encourage looking at the overall score, rather than individual parameters, as it is the TMSC that correlates most correctly with the chances of reaching pregnancy naturally with a partner.

As for motility specifically, there is good scientific evidence that it can be improved via lifestyle and dietary changes. Our Medical and Dietetics teams have written about ways for a person to help increase motility via both diet and supplements.
